The heavily beamed ceilings and exposed stonework help retain the character of this former barn. The fireplace houses a glass-fronted wood burning stove that gives a cosy glow to the cottage on a winter's evening and backs gas central heating. The open plan lounge, farmhouse style kitchen and dining area lead via french doors onto a south facing patio and to the large gardens. To the side of the house there is a private garden exclusively for the use of this cottage. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with bath and shower.
